Crafted in lightweight natural Grade 5 titanium, the 41mm by 9.55mm ergonomic case harmonizes high-level sports versatility with superlative finishing. Its profile is defined by a distinctive six-faceted bezel, where hand-polished facets reflect the light, contrasting beautifully with deeply satin-finished surfaces. The fluted winding and time-setting crown features an accent rubber ring that enhances tactile operation while offering 50 meters of water resistance, making it suitable for moderate water activities.
The openworked sapphire dial proudly displays the in-house escapement assembly alongside Romain Gauthier’s signature circular-spoked seconds wheel, each tooth profile and bevel meticulously finished with hand-polished chamfers and decorative circular graining. Below the small seconds at 7 o'clock, a hand-engraved bridge showcases a textured bouchardé pattern, creating a striking aesthetic continuity with the hand-decorated movement beneath. Off-center three-dimensional hours and minutes hands crafted from 18k white gold are inlaid with Super-LumiNova, sweeping over asymmetric luminescent indices that extend towards the perimeter.
The reverse side reveals the architectural genius of the manual-wind Calibre C, built with finger-bridges sculpted from solid Grade 5 titanium in the tradition of the Vallée de Joux. The movement beats at 4Hz and delivers a power reserve of 60 hours. The movement exhibits hand-frosted mainplates, hand-carved dimpled textures within hand-polished bevels, and an innovative snail-cam hack-seconds system that gently halts the balance wheel upon crown withdrawal.
The Grade 5 Titanium case measures 41mm x 9.55mm x 49mm lug-to-lug. Furnished on a regular length OEM orange rubber strap, and includes an additional long length OEM grey rubber strap (and matching rubber crown ring), and long length OEM white rubber strap (and matching rubber crown ring), and finally an unworn Romain Gauthier titanium deployant buckle.
