Horology By The Sea is proud to present this fantastic Roger Dubuis 'Hommage 37' Perpetual Calendar from the halcyon days of the brand, circa 2000. This watch, also known as H37, is marked with visual cues which pay homage to classic Patek Philippe for whom Mr. Dubuis worked prior to founding his eponymous company. Underneath the faceted white gold alpha-shaped hands lies a gorgeous black dial with wavy guilloché pattern and applied white gold Breguet numerals and arrowhead indices. Apertures in the dial reveal the day, month, moonphase and leap year cycle of the perpetual calendar while the date exists in a subdial at the 4 o'clock position.
The reverse side reveals the automatic winding Roger Dubuis calibre 5739 which operates at 4 Hz and carries a 44 hour power reserve. The calibre is finished with Côtes de Genève, and the winding rotor is completed with a gold insert with Mr. Dubuis' initials. The movement is hallmarked with the Poinçon de Genève for it's strict adhere to finish and craftsmanship.
