An interesting take on Richard's famed rattrapante chronograph, this Doppel 3.1 moves the chronograph minutes to the central axis (instead of the ordinary positioning in a subdial) for increased legibility and intrigue.
The blue dial features applied indices which have been lumed to match the hour and minute hands. In addition to the hour and minute hands, set on the canon pinion are three additional hands, two hands to measure and the split the chronograph seconds, and one tipped with an arrow to measure the elapsed minutes.
The stainless steel case measures 42mm x 14mm x 52mm lug-to-lug. Light swirl marks can be seen throughout and one small ding to the bezel at the 10 o'clock position (please see video). Furnished on the OEM brown calfskin strap with pin buckle. Complete with the original Box and Warranty Booklet dated June 2021.
