Horology By The Sea is proud to present a rare and evocative offering from GoS Watches, the Sarek "Glacier" with an extraordinary luminescent mother-of-pearl dial.
Framed by a stainless steel case inspired by Viking bracelets, the centerpiece is a bezel forged from Swedish stainless damascus by the masters at Damasteel in Söderfors. The multi-layered dial introduces a groundbreaking use of translucent ice blue mother-of-pearl combined with Swiss Super-LumiNova. This unique pairing allows the dial to glow intensely from beneath. Rhodium-finished GoS spear-shaped hands sweep gracefully across the dial, set via a 7 mm high-gloss polished crown fitted with double gaskets for supreme reliability.
The reveals the Soprod A10 automatic movement through the display back, complete with a dark satinized finish and a custom GoS triskele rotor equipped with an engraved, hand-finished German silver counterweight. The movement beats at 4Hz and delivers a power reserve of 42 hours. Each piece is individually engraved "Unique Piece 1/1 Sarek" as a distinct creation and arrives presented in a multi-functional handcrafted Swedish crystal box produced by Vas Vitreum.
The Stainless Steel case measures 43mm x 10.5mm x 50.5mm lug-to-lug and is in excellent condition. Furnished on an OEM black Moose leather strap with GoS Damascus Steel pin buckle. Complete with Box & Papers dated April 2019.
