A truly beautiful watch from one of my most favorite brands, the Norrsken marries GoS' signature work with Damascus steel with an exceptional hand turned guilloché dial by the legendary Jochen Benzinger. Not content to stop there, Patrik Sjögren employed the talents of lume-wizard James Thompson of Black Badger to create a solid luminescent ring positioned behind the handblown Swedish crystal Index Ring encircling the dial. The hour and minute hands are exceptionally shaped and crafted by Patrik as well as the Triskele shaped running seconds hand at 6 o'clock.
Movement side we see a beautifully modified Schwarz Etienne caliber providing an 86 hour power reserve oscillating at 21,600. True to form, an additional piece of blued Damascus steel tops the micro-rotor.
