Horology By The Sea is proud to present this Piece Unique offering from Garrick Watches of Norfolk, England. This bespoke Garrick S6 is a unique creation that marries the distinctive aesthetic of the S6 with the refined architecture of Garrick’s S2 case.
Dial side we are greeted with a textured dial which ranges from green to brown to gray depending on the lighting conditions. The silver chapter ring with ink-filled circular hour indices serve as a lovely complement to the tapered steel alpha hands. Underneath the blued seconds hand lies a subdial featuring an intricate, radiant hand-guilloché pattern that scatters silver light outward in a geometric weave.
The reverse side reveals Garrick's manually wound BF03 caliber which operates at 2.5Hz and carries a power reserve of 50 hours. The handcrafted three-quarter plate coated in black creates a dramatic contrast to the skeletonized balance cock with polished swan neck regulator, and hand-engraved barrel/crown wheel covers.
The Stainless Steel Garrick S2 case measures 42mm x 12.5mm x 50.5mm lug-to-lug and is in excellent condition. Furnished on an aftermarket textile strap with rubber backing and 2 OEM Garrick straps, each with Garrick signed pin buckles.
