An original Piccadilly from the halcyon days of the brand, this watch crafted from Peter's hands is the embodiment of English style and sophistication.
A lovely white enamel dial with elongated Romans lies beneath "Foundation Style" blued hands inspired by the Big Ben. This watch features Speake-Marin's original drum style case, which are generally thicker than their more recent offerings, but just have to trust me on this one... the thicker cases make the watch! Its a little hard to describe but the little added thickness somehow feels more authentic and original.
The reverse side reveals Peter's automatic winding rotor which was shaped and finished by hand atop a brass plate for excellent contrast. The movement beats at 4Hz and carries a power reserve of 40 hours.
Stainless steel case measures 38mm x 13.mm and 49.5mm lug-to-lug and is in excellent condition. Furnished on an OEM black alligator strap with signed steel pin buckle. No Box & Papers.
