The Sartory Billard SB04 Maki-E represents an exceptional synthesis of traditional Japanese craftsmanship and modern Swiss horology. An absolute treat for the eyes is the mesmerizing green Maki-e dial, painstakingly hand-crafted in Japan by master artisan Kosetsu (Tatsuya Todo). Utilizing the centuries-old Maki-e technique, delicate layers of natural lacquer are meticulously combined with iridescent Mother of Pearl to form a deep, shimmering tapestry of vibrant green tones.
The reverse side reveals the manual winding SBM01 Caliber (La Joux-Perret 7380) movement which operates at 3 Hz and delivers an impressive 90-hour power reserve across two barrels. A yellow gold plate denotes this watch as serial #5 of a 10 piece Special Edition.
