Time to come clean. I’ve long regarded the Felix Foudroyante as an absolute must have Habring² (and it still is!) but in all of my enthusiasm for the “FF” I have completely overlooked the one that started it all… the time-only Felix. Here we have a Felix in all its glory, with a beautiful salmon dial and blued leaf-shaped hands, 7mm thin and with a case perfectly tailored to the movement’s proportions.
The reverse side reveals Habring's patented Manufacture A11 caliber which beats at 4Hz and carries approximately 48 hours of power reserve. A tangential screw is in place for fine adjustment and the anti-magnetic escapement is fit with a Carl Haas hairspring of Chronometer quality.
The Stainless Steel case measures 38.5mm x 7mm x 46mm lug-to-lug and is water resistant to 30 meters. All new Habring² are backed with a 3 year international warranty.
