Horology By The Sea is thrilled to present a wonderful bespoke example of the "Sternenhimmel", crafted by the visionary young German watchmaker Felipe Pikullik.
Underneath beautiful dauphine shaped hands, this bespoke version of the Sternenhimmel features a grained baby blue dial with printed Breguet numerals. Running seconds exist in the generously sized subdial at 6 o'clock.
The movement is a work of art, showcasing dark rhodium-plated bridges with frosted surfaces, mirror-polished anglage, and hand-engraved accents on the balance cock. The crown and ratchet wheel feature elegant snailing, while circular graining adorns the hour, minute, and second wheels. Each component is meticulously finished by hand, reflecting Felipe Pikullik’s dedication to horological artistry. The movement operates at 2.5 Hz and carries a power reserve of 46 hours.
The stainless steel case with a brushed and polished finish measures 41mm x 10.5mm x 50mm lug-to-lug and is excellent condition. Furnished on a black Alligator strap. Complete with Box & Papers dated 3/21/2022.
