A watch from a brand I have been fascinated by for a very long time, Dornblüth (aka Dornbluth aka Dornblueth) is a small Independent Watchmaking house run by Dirk Dornblüth in a small town of Saxony called Kalbe.
This watch, the 99.4 features a familiar caliber which has been heavily modified in terms of aesthetic beauty and complication. Every detail of the watch from the dial with applied indices to the very beautifully formed and constructed hands exude quality. The pointer date at the 3 o'clock subdial is easily set using a depressor on the case at the 2 o'clock position. The case measures 42mm x 12.3 w/ crystal x 52mm lug-to-lug.
