Presenting a beautiful neo-vintage timepiece from Dutch Independent Watchmaker, Christiaan Van Der Klaauw, produced circa early 2000s.
Underneath blued Breguet-style hands lies a lovely gold color guilloché dial with hobnail pattern. The 40mm stainless steel case is set with an 18 karat yellow gold bezel which perfectly complements the dial. The date is found at the 3 o'clock position which is easily adjusted through the crown.
The reverse side reveals a modified ETA 2824 with plated bridges and blued screws. The movement operates at 4Hz and carries a power reserve of 38 hours. The stunning hand engraved rotor features a sun motif crafted by Jochen Benzinger.
The Stainless Steel and 18 karat yellow gold case measures 40mm x 10mm x 48mm lug-to-lug. Please refer to the video in slide 3 to view the condition of the watch. Furnished on an OEM navy alligator strap with CvdK steel folding buckle. No Box/Papers.
