Presenting the sublime Waltz N°1, a time only Special Edition watch from Carl Suchy & Söhne. The centerpiece is its captivating, minimalist dial, which is optically bisected into alternating vertical and horizontal guilloché lines that capture light with elegant subtlety.At six o'clock, the traditional running seconds hand is replaced by an unbranded "waltzing disc" sharing the exact same guilloché pattern.It gracefully turns in a perfect circle, realigning with the rest of the dial just once every minute.
The reverse side reveals the Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier caliber VMF 5401 measuring just 2.6mm in height and automatic winding by way of a micro-rotor to preserve thinness. The architectural refinement continues with exquisite hand-finishing, featuring radiused and hand-polished bevels, rhodium-plated angles, and a striking Côtes de Genève sunray pattern. The movement operates at 3Hz and carries a power reserve of 48 hours.
The DLC-coated Stainless Steel case measures 41.5mm x 9.3mm x 42.5mm lug-to-lug and is in excellent condition. Furnished on an OEM black calfskin strap with deployant buckle. Complete with Box & undated Papers.
